Episcopal Service Corps in the Diocese of Southern Ohio May 23, 2017 e-Connections, Formation Experience a year of service, formation and intentional community as you explore and discover your sense of calling and place in the world We are excited to announce that our diocesan young adult service programs are partnering together to become Southern Ohio Episcopal Service Corps! Confluence, located in Columbus and hosted by St. John’s, Franklinton, has been an ESC program since 2014. Brendan’s Crossing was begun by the diocese and has been running a similar program in Cincinnati since 2012. Brendan’s Crossing has recently been accepted as a new ESC site for the 2017-2018 program year. Episcopal Service Corps is a service learning program for young adults in their 20’s. Members of an Episcopal Service Corps community work for justice, live together in Christian community, grow in leadership, and deepen their faith life. We collaborate with churches, non-profit organizations, businesses, and schools in serving our communities. Interested in learning more about ESC or one of our diocesan young adult programs?
