You can register here:

A Lay Worship Leader is a person licensed by the diocese to lead Morning Prayer on Sunday in the absence of a priest. Each person wishing to become a Lay Worship Leader must be recommended by his/her rector (or, if a congregation has no rector, by the senior warden) and participate in a two-day training offered by the diocese.

Lay Worship Leader training is led by the Rev. Marjorie Menaul and a licensed Worship Leader. A minimum of eight registrations is generally expected for each training; if that number are not received by the diocese by July 19, this training may be cancelled or rescheduled (so please register promptly).

For further information, contact Marjorie at or 570.441.7311.  The next scheduled training will be held at Procter on November 17 and December 1.
